You can pay your tax, utility, or invoice/PSD bill online, or setup recurring payments and paperless billing.
Using recurring payments and paperless billing is more convenient and saves time and expense.

INSTRUCTIONS:
On the page that loads after clicking the link above, do the following:
1. Search for your utility account.
2. Once you find your account, enter payment amount in "Amount Paying" box at bottom right of screen (must enter a value greater than zero).
3. Click "Make Payment" button (note: you will not be able to click the Payment button unless you have completed step number 2 above).
4. You will be taken to a new page where you can make a payment using the "Checkout" button, or use the "Sign-in/Register" link at the top right of screen to create an account and setup recurring payments or paperless billing.
5. To setup recurring billing after creating an account, you will need to add a form of payment first. Add the form of payment in Account Settings.
6. To setup paperless billing, you will need to have the paperless billing PIN number located on your Utility Bill. You can finish setup of paperless billing in Account Settings.
7. If you need to update your account information, (Credit Card, Email, edit Paperless Billing or Auto Pay) please go to the website https://www.paydici.com/login to update you information.
